Cancellation Policy

This orders returns and cancellation policy shall be read in consonance with the Site's Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Natureland Organic Foods Private Limited (“NOFPL”). Terms capitalised but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in the Site's Conditions. 

Orders and delivery: You are required to register and login to place orders on the Site. You must keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the Site. Orders once placed will be delivered to the address specified by you during the checkout process. Please note that orders will be delivered only to addresses located within NOFPL Operating area. 

Please note that NOFPL will not accept any orders to be delivered to addresses not within the Operating Areas. 

In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item in accordance with the refund policy set out below. 

In the event a non-delivery occurs on account of: 

(i) an error in the delivery address provided by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other incorrect information); or 

(ii) if no person is present at the delivery address to collect the order, any extra cost incurred by NOFPL for re-delivery shall be borne solely by you. Please note that in such an event, NOFPL shall charge a minimum cost of Rs.100/- to re-deliver the products to you. 

NOFPL currently offers free delivery on Purchase above Rs.2500 for Natureland Organics Products and Rs. 50 for its partners products within the Operating Areas except in the case of re-delivery in accordance herewith. 

Please do not pay any delivery charges at the time of delivery even if demanded by the delivery boy/courier. You are requested to please report any such demands to our call centre service our toll free number ………….. 

Pricing: All the products listed on the Site are sold at their maximum retail price unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, prices of some commodities and fresh produce do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, the price will be appropriately adjusted on the date of delivery the adjusted value will be invoiced to you. Please note that additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. 

Cancellation by the Site / Customer: You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time applicable to an order by calling our customer service on our toll free number …………… In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. 

Notwithstanding the cut-off time, if NOFPL suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the Conditions for use of the Site, NOFPL shall have the right at its sole discretion to refuse to accept such orders or cancel such orders. NOFPL shall maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. 

Return & Refunds: NOFPL has a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return products at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. You are requested to check and confirm the quantity and quality of all items in your order prior to accepting delivery of the same. Any discrepancies in your order should be communicated to the delivery boy/courier at the time of delivery and return such items immediately. 

All refunds with respect of products purchased on the Site will be processed only on the return of the product to NOFPL. On return of the product to NOFPL, Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order 

Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement. 

Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account. 

You can cancel your order within 2 weeks from date of purchase. 

If they are already delivered then,we will refund once we receive your product,else we refund in one weeks time.
